How to tell if a guy likes you: 38 signs he has a crush on you

How do you know if a guy likes you? He may be acting friendly and flirty towards you, but how can you know if that’s just his personality? You want to know if he has a crush on you rather than just being someone who hits on every other woman he meets.

It can be pretty hard to figure out if the attention a guy is giving you is genuine. Hopefully, this guide can give you some clarity.

38 signs a guy likes you

When a guy has a crush on you, his behavior towards you will usually change. However, it can be difficult to figure out. He may be acting nervous because he’s shy or flirty because he’s friendly and outgoing.

Here are the best signs to help you tell if a guy has a crush on you or not.

1. He stares at you

You probably know how hard it is not to look at someone you like. Prolonged eye contact without talking is a big tell that a guy likes you.

But to be fair, it’s common for guys to stare at any girl they find attractive. And it’s an easy way for him to show his interest without having to approach you. But who knows, he might even have a secret crush on you.

2. He mirrors you

Mirroring means that his body language, posture, or even what he’s saying reflects what you said or did.

Examples of mirroring:

  • When you take a sip of your glass, he also takes a sip of his glass
  • When you cross your legs, he crosses his legs
  • When you get very animated/passionate in a conversation, he also gets animated
  • When you lean in, he also leans in
  • When you laugh, he laughs

Note that mirroring is done subconsciously when he has a good rapport with you. But it can also be done consciously if he wants to impress or bond with you. It’s a great sign either way.

3. He added you on social media

Adding you on social media means he wants to keep in contact with you and might be interested in you. This is also good because now you can more easily start a conversation with him online.

4. His texts are longer than yours

If his texts are about the same length or longer than yours, that’s great. It’s especially good if they’re longer than yours.

If he usually gives short answers compared to you, that’s a bad sign. When you’re giving him long replies but not getting the same in return, it means you’re probably too eager.

In that case, it’s good to step back a bit and try to match him better. Keep in mind that some people are naturally better at others at texting.

5. He teases you

Most forms of teasing (even mean teasing) are usually a sign he’s interested in you. It means he’s trying to create a flirty vibe between you and that he wants a reaction from you.

Have fun with it, and don’t be afraid to tease him back! 😉

6. He’s leaning in

If he’s leaning in toward you, that shows he wants to get closer to you (or he’s really passionate about what he’s saying). When a guy has a crush on you, it can feel like he’s magnetically drawn to you.

7. He’s getting physically close to you

If you’re in a conversation and you feel like he’s edging closer to you, or as if he’s almost uncomfortably too close to you, that’s a good sign. He may be attracted to you and wants to feel physically and mentally closer to you.

Note that different cultures have different “personal spaces.” So, if he’s from a different culture than you, see how close he gets to others to see if it’s just you.

8. He offers you a massage

This is one of the most obvious tells that a guy likes you. Offering a massage is a nice thing to do, but it’s also a smooth way for a guy to get you both touching each other. (Remember to offer him one back if you like him!)

9. He smiles at you

If he’s smiling toward you from afar, that’s an invitation to approach him. (I’m assuming you didn’t just forget to put your pants on when leaving home.)

If he’s smiling toward you when you’re in a conversation, that’s a sign he likes you. Especially if he has a light smile while you’re not even joking.

10. He’s giving you mixed signals

Mixed signals are really tricky to interpret and can make anyone confused. But in most cases, they do mean he’s interested in you. Here are the most common reasons why he’s giving you mixed and confusing signals.

Nine reasons why he’s giving you mixed signals:

  1. He doesn’t want to come off as too eager
  2. He’s shy
  3. He’s nervous and insecure
  4. He’s afraid of seeming desperate
  5. He’s afraid you’ll reject him
  6. He’s inexperienced in flirting
  7. He’s following some weird rules or pick-up tips he’s read
  8. He’s just flirting with you (because flirting is all about giving mixed signals)
  9. He likes the attention or validation he gets from you but isn’t really interested in you

Giving mixed signals may mean a guy likes you, but it doesn’t mean he’d make a good partner. If someone sometimes ignores you or is mean to you, you should avoid dating even if you have a mutual crush on each other. You deserve a partner who won’t have you second-guessing yourself.

11. He compliments you

Getting a compliment from a guy your age is a good sign. If he’s giving you compliments about how pretty you are, it’s an even better sign.

It can be hard to tell a friendly compliment from a romantic one because they can sound exactly the same. To know for sure, look for other signs he’s also giving you or describe your situation in the comments below.

12. His pupils are large

If his pupils get large when you’re in a conversation, you’re doing something right. This one is quite subtle because pupil size is primarily determined by light levels, but secondarily attraction can also increase pupil size.

13. He makes eye contact with you

When a guy has a crush on you, it can be so hard for him to keep his eyes off of you. You can notice this if he’s holding eye contact with you for slightly too long.

It can almost feel a little weird or intense when it happens. And that’s great (if you like him).

14. He looks at you with open body language

This sign is most useful at a place with some background music, for example, at a bar or a club.

If he’s moving in rhythm with the background music and at the same time looking at you, that’s a sign he’s attracted to you. Dancing like that and looking at you is an inviting form of body language. That tells you he wants your attention and is trying to get you to make a move.

15. He straightens his posture

Is he straightening his back and standing up more straight? It means he’s a bit self-conscious when hanging out near you and wants to make a good impression.

It’s not a strong sign because most single guys want to make a good impression on attractive girls. But if you see it together with many other signs, it means more.

16. He faces you in group situations

If he’s facing you more often than he’s facing others in a group, that’s a sign he’s into you and values you more than others in the group. This is especially telling if you’re not the one talking the most in the group.

17. His feet are pointing towards you

If his feet are pointing toward you, that’s a sign in the same line as if his body is facing you. He’s subconsciously focused on you, which makes his feet point toward you.

18. He fiddles with his clothes or accessories

This could be because of nervosity, but it can also be because he wants to look good in front of you. It’s a classic sign of attraction.

19. His palms face you

If the palms of his hands are pointed in your direction, he might be interested in you. It’s a small sign, but it’s still positive because it’s part of his open and welcoming body language toward you.

20. He touches you when you touch him

For example, if you touch his arm, does he touch you in a similar area later on in the conversation? If he does reciprocate your touch, that’s a great sign.

If he’s shy or inexperienced, he might not feel comfortable touching you back, even if he has a crush on you.

21. He is extra touchy with you

A good tell he likes you is if he’s touching you unusually much compared to others.

Common areas to touch are arms, shoulders, back, hands, or thighs. Hands or thighs are usually more intimate if he touches those.

22. You have “peripheral physical contact”

Peripheral physical contact is when some parts of your body are in contact with each other when you are doing something else.

A good example is when you’re both sitting down, and your thighs barely touch each other.

This kind of passive physical contact means a lot and can build a lot of suspense and attraction. It’s the best feeling being close to someone you got a crush on.

23. He gives you more of his attention than others

The more attention he gives you, the more interested he usually is in you. Compare this to how much attention he gives to other girls also hanging out with him or in the same group as you.

For example, If you’re in a group and he seems to direct most of his attention toward you. It could be that he’s asking you lots of questions or that he’s laughing more than others at your jokes. Or just listening more intently to you.

24. He blushes when you talk or make eye-contact

He might just be shy, but he’s probably a bit extra self-conscious around you because he likes you. This makes him blush around you.

Social anxiety can also cause blushing. But it’s still a great sign.

25. He seems to look in your direction from far away

Guys can be a bit sneaky when they want to check you out. They can make it seem like they’re only looking in your direction or just grazing you with their eyes. And if he has sunglasses, it’s even harder to know if he’s checking you out.

So if he’s looking in your direction, especially if he does it several times, he’s probably checking you out.

26. He keeps the conversation going

What happens when there’s a pause in the conversation or if you stop talking? If he seems eager to get the conversation going again, that’s good. If he lets the conversation die out or excuses himself, he may not be that interested (unless he’s just shy).

If you have problems with the conversation dying out, check out this guide on keeping the conversation going with a guy.

27. He quickly replies when you text or message him

A quick reply is a good sign he likes you. Also, if he replies with several texts to your one text, that’s even better.

However, if he likes you, he may also delay his replies to avoid seeming needy or desperate. But as long as he replies, it’s all good. If he’s slow to reply, it could just mean he’s busy, or he doesn’t like texting, so don’t read too much into it.

28. He texts or calls first

Is he the one initiating contact, or are you? If he is, that probably means he’s interested in you.

But if he never calls or texts first, that shows a lack of interest. In that case, it can be good to take a step back to see if he will take initiative. If you’re always so quick to take initiative, he might never even have a chance to do it first.

29. He texts you often

Compare this to how often you text him. He’s eager if he’s texting more often than you, and you’re more eager if you’re the one texting more often. If he’s sending you several texts in a row without a reply, it’s a stronger sign.

30. He becomes awkward in a conversation with you

Does he stammer, stutter, or otherwise become awkward with you? This could mean that he feels shy or self-conscious around you. When a guy likes you, it’s common that he gets a bit extra flustered when talking to you. That’s because he gets uncomfortable and doesn’t want to mess up in front of you. It’s kind of cute, isn’t it?

31. He doesn’t back off if you get a bit too close

If he doesn’t even flinch when you get a bit too close to his personal space, that’s a sign he wants you close to him.

If you take a step closer, and he backs off by a step, that’s a sign he’s a bit more reserved toward you.

32. He talks about things he wants to do with you

Planning or mentioning things he wants to do with you in the future strongly indicates some sort of interest, romantic or platonic.

Example: If you’re talking about a newly opened restaurant, they say “We should go there someday!” or “I’ll show you how amazing that place is!”

33. He’s happy to discover you have something in common

If he’s happy, that’s good. This sign is extra strong if it’s something very trivial, such as you living in the same part of town, being the same age, or you both like pizza. For more tips, check out this guide on how to talk to a guy you like.

Example: You discover that you both grew up in the same city, and he gets really excited about it even if it’s no big deal.

34. He asks you personal questions

Personal questions are telling you that he wants to know more about you and is interested in you. The more he asks, the better.

Example: Asking about your plans for the future, your childhood, or your favorite food.

35. He asks you about your plans

Asking about your plans for the day or weekend might just be empty small talk, but it could also be him trying to open a window where you can meet again and hang out. It’s more likely it’s a sign of interest if he brings it up near the end of the conversation.

36. He tries to make you jealous

This is a strong sign he’s interested in you. But it’s also a sign he’s emotionally immature and manipulative. I would avoid someone acting like that. You deserve to be treated with respect.

37. He’s told his family about you

This one is most relevant once you’ve already started dating. But it’s such a huge sign of interest (and approval) that I think it’s worth mentioning. It’s even bigger if he’s from a culture where approval from the family is important.

If he’s told his family, it means he is visualizing and planning a future with you. Congrats!

38. He stays to talk with you even though his friends have left

This is a big tell. If you’re in some sort of group conversation with him and his friends, and all his friends leave, but he stays – he’s probably into you. It still might not be a romantic interest if you just have a great conversation and have lots in common.

An example could be when you’re at a party, and all his friends leave to get a bite to eat, but he stays with you.

  1. I frequent a food shop sometimes and there is a younger guy whom I’m unsure about whether or not he’s interested.
He was super attentive with me when I first started going in there months ago, but he is younger and we were both wearing masks so it seemed unclear to me.
Last time I was in there, he was working alone and told me to let him know if I needed help (had a big smile on his face) and then kind of gave me space and only spoke if I asked him a question. I asked him a few questions about some wine and ended up changing my mind about which wine to buy. I took his suggestion. He told me the story about it a second time. Weird.
I introduced myself, and he told me his name and asked if I knew the owner (who was not visible from where I was standing). Thoughts?

  2. I met someone a few weeks ago. I wasn’t looking per se. He happened to be the owner of the house party I attended and I was introduced to him by my husband. As I was leaving, I talked to him briefly, more or less about his nice home. Just the other day a group of us friends went out and there he was standing across the room, he appeared like out of thin air, and was smiling right at me. A bit later he walked right up to me and handed me a drink. He knows I’m married but he knows I know he’s divorced, and my marriage hasn’t been the greatest.
Should I text a “thank you for the drink”or let him pursue me?

    • “Greatest” is a high standard, higher than great. Your words at face value. Get this from another man: if he would pursue a married woman today, it’s possible, even I dare say likely, he’ll do this again, though not toward you — “Great.” Without struggle against the darkness is there really true greatness? What great story will you tell?

  3. Hi I hope you can help me understand my emotions towards this person. I have different experiences whith this foreign guy (my crush) and I am not sure if he’s feeling the same towards me or he’s just being nice.

    1. One time when I entered the office, he looked at me from a distance maybe for almost 2 minutes, I was not sure if he was just waiting for me to approach him or not, but I was really nervous at that time. When I asked for help from another person, he immediately vanished.

    2. I did not notice that he already saw me in the hallway and when I looked at him, I saw the smile on his face and on his eyes, with his brows raised looking at me. I was surprised and when I smiled at him, he looked away.

    3. Everytime we meet in the hallway, he always greets me and maintains eye contact.

    4. One time when I went to his office, i saw a big smile on his face towards me.

    5. When I was checking his Blood Pressure, i accidentally bumped his knee, but he did not react.

    6. I dont know if Italians do usually stand closer to their colleagues, but i noticed one time, he stood up in front of me while discussing something (maybe 2 feet away).

    7. What does it mean when he looked down when he saw me

Sometimes I feel we both feel the same to each other, but sometimes I also feel no. He is giving mixed signals

  4. My boss at work always compliments me like she’s going to take over this company some day or she’s a beast at her job. But when i stand next to him he walks away and stands facing me from afar. He touches me when he jokes around. I’m not quite sure what this means.

  6. We met on a dating app and after meeting a couple of times, he said he doesnt see a dating kind of relationship. I accepted and requested to stay friends, to which he agreed. We have been hanging out since, me attending his games, cooking dinner for him and him staying over (strictly platonic). I went on a day trip with his friends, where he was a little hot and cold with me. We have been hanging out since then as well, but now he is taking the first steps to cuddle with me, storing some groceries at my place, telling me he wants me at his matches…i really like him, i dont want to push him away by being over eager, but does this mean he likes me? Should i pursue this further or cut my losses?

  8. Ok so this guy is my age, we’ve been quite friendly for a few years now but recently I feel as though we’ve gotten a lot closer. I thought I liked this other guy but my friend said she noticed me acting differently around guy 1). She’d tease me saying that we’ve got a strong connection but I always dismissed it as I said I liked someone else. But in all honesty I don’t like that guy, and feel as though I might be liking guy 1. We get along really well and always manage to have a laugh together. When we’re sat across the room from each other I do find myself looking at him and at times I find him looking at me. It’s never awkward though and we do acknowledge each other and he tried to make me laugh which always works. He does seem to lean in pretty close when he talks to me, which is fine but today he seemed a lot closer than usual and it made me feel a bit funny, but a good kind of funny, you know? I’m really not sure if he likes me though or if I like him 100%, I just don’t want to ruin what we have already. I really like him, but I don’t know if it’s as more than a friend or not, I’m kinda confused

  9. I have a friend who I only know online. The way he interacts with me seems like he is flirting. I’ve asked him if he was and he’s never outright said no he’s not.

He’s only said nothing he has said is worth taking seriously.

He makes sexual innuendos and is always teasing me. Most of the time it
makes me laugh and/or I banter back. Though a few times his jokes have felt hurtful.

He knows I like him. He’s made comments like it would never work out or we can’t date because of some silly answer. He’s done that a few times, but it always comes across as joking.

I’m confused. If it’s not flirting, why not say that directly? I’m also not completely convinced he’s not flirting, but I don’t want to keep thinking he is and be badly mistaken.

    • Hi Anonymous!

I don’t think he’s flirting. I think you should ditch this guy or at least be clear that you don’t like the sexual innuendos because some of it is hurtful.

  10. Alright so the guy I like is a year older than me and is quite nice and sweet and teases me in a cute way when we’re alone together, but when we’re in a group he teases me in a mean way, which I’m confused about. When I touch him on the leg, arm or any other part of his body he doesn’t move away but he never initiates contact either. We’ve known each other for a good 7 years now and I’ve caught him staring at me a couple times but he always looks away quickly when I catch him. When we text it’s normally me who texts first but when he replies it’s either immediately, in a few minutes or a couple hours. He also replies with around 4-5 texts but sometimes it’s just one with weird gifs. He’s confident, funny and outgoing normally too.

    I have a problem though.

There’s this other girl, a year older than him, and he talks about her A LOT. We were once together at a beach with one of our other friends and he randomly mentioned her in the middle of a conversation, accidentally said her name instead of another friends, and even talked about how they used to text each other at 2AM sending each other weird texts and all. It got me a bit mad honestly. Whenever he sees her come to us he has this huge grin on his face and laughs like a little kid. They’re also less awkward with each other than me and him. How do I know if he’s just best friends with her of if he likes her more than a friend?

    Reply
    • If he’s talking about another girl a lot, I would personally think he’s into her. He’s also telling you so it sounds like when you have a best friend telling you about the guy they’re into.

I think if a guy likes you, his teasing isn’t always going to come across as mean. I think it’s going to feel good or fun for the most part.

  11. Ok so, the guy I’m wondering about is a new manager at the store I work at…so I know right off the flip, that he won’t cross certain lines at work. When he first started, he told me that he thought I was trouble. A few days later T. Swift’s Trouble was playing in our store, and I took his number and sent him a message saying “your fave t. Swift jam is playing rn.” He shot back with its got to be “trouble.” I said indeed and he replied, I don’t think I even need to ask who this is… then he’s asked me my plans for after work. (I work days, he’s swing supervisor, so we really only spend about an hour around each other daily, minus weekends. I said I don’t have plans and he said oh man… then we got into a super flirty text convo… while at work he makes eye contact often, he has grazed me on purpose a few times and we smile at each other constantly. He does text me multiple replies to one text, but it’s usually me who initiates the text convos..flash forward to today, I went to his house and we made out. When it was time for him to go to work, he asked to see me Tuesday. He’s single, been single for about 2 years, I’m currrently in a separation. He said he’s prone to escapism… and thought I was too. I’m wondering what it all means and if there is a chance that something more could develop in the future? Can a relationship happen from escaping?

    • I should add that he told me he was into me from day one, checking out my booty behind my back and said he was attracted to both my personality and my body, and said that he felt like we had a connection. He said that the air changes when I walk by and that everything moves in slow motion. I think he likes me but I just can’t be certain.

  12. I have a telephone based – some text – flirtation at work. He asks about my plans and what I did last night/weekend etc. He watched a TV show I recommended and talks about it with me, he asks about my music interests and sometimes calls multiple times a day for work things where he can find the answer on the computer. Then he breaks contact and seems distant! I have no idea what’s happening. He never tries to make me jealous but openly asks if I like other guys??

  13. I have been working with this guy for awhile now but we don’t work in the same area so we never have a reason to talk to each other. But I really like him and I am just unsure if he likes me back, and since we don’t get the chance to talk often it’s hard to tell. He looks at me from a distance. He smiles a different smile towards me when he sees me, it’s like a knowing smile. He seems to get uncomfortable or nervous around me when we are in the same room. I added him on social media when I first started (2 years ago), but he has never tried to message me, does this mean he doesn’t like me and I am reading into his smiles and the looks?

  15. So, I like a guy, but I don’t know if he likes me back. He has interrupted my conversations when I’m with my friends. He talks to my best friend when I am around and also he makes eye contact with me for a very short second or two. I don’t know if he likes me and I am afraid to talk to me. I was sort of friends with him before, but then the next year he acted like I didn’t exist. Should I talk to him?

I am at a friend’s party and one friend tried to chat a guy up there but he came over to my table where the rest of our friends are and gave me a shock when he stared into my eyes and said anyway I am not interested in her. He stayed at the table when everyone else left. It was very late so I said I have to go. Next morning my friends went back to clean up and he turned up and got a drink and sat by me saying I hope my ride doesn’t leave too early for him to go home. I was gob snaked didn’t know what to say. And now I think he thinks I am distorted. Were these signs he likes me as I am sure he does but not totally sure.

  20. How can you tell if my co-worker likes me back?

There’s this newly employee and it has been a month since he was hired. At first glance, I was intimidated on how formal he looked in the office while some of us were casual. I am like, “Why am I intimidated at the same time crushing on him?”

Then I met him at the meeting were he shoudn’t be there, but because he’s being trained by his superior that’s why his in there. Lol. He’s very silent, He’s not doing an eye contact. Or maybe because he was newly hired employee.

The next day, I was at the terminal were I usually wait for a transpo to go to work. Then suddenly this guy came up and we were on the same tricycle (one of transportation used here in PH) and after getting into the destination, I’m telling myself “I will not initiate conversation unless he do.”, then this guy waved at me and he told me he remembered me at the meeting.

Then, the next day, we rode the same transportation again & we started a small talk. And He’s approaching me everytime i pass by near his area at work or he is passing by my area. During breaks, we usually see each other on the lobby, having eye contact, I can’t give him a smile since we are wearing face masks. Lol. One time he saw me waiting outside in a comfort room, he went there and started a conversation.

Then, After work, I suddenly met him on the terminal where I usually wait for a tricycle to go to my destination, Then after taking a ride, he started a conversation telling me, he remembered his friend because of how I look, that do I have some foreign blood? Kind of small talk but for me it makes me blush. Lol.

Then The next day, going to work, I repeatedly meeting him at the same terminal, and it is only happening by chance. Hahaha

  21. Hi! When we talk we are making eye contact. Today, he stared into my eyes and I stared back for like 3 or 4 seconds (without talking), but I got kind of nervous and glanced away. Is that bad? Or I was with my friends and he was there to, but when we had to leave he followed us (there was no one else there) and I kind of stayed behind with him a bit and we were talking, then I had to stop for a second to give something to my friend (who came and asked for something) and he waited off to the side. I’m not really sure if he pays more attention to me. I can’t tell. If there are others around, especially his friends, he will talk to them too a lot. One of his friends sits by me, so he comes over in class to talk (I think to him?). Btw we are in middle school. Does he like me or is this just a friend thing?

  24. So there’s this guy I really like at school but I have no idea if he likes me back. A few days ago in the hallway I heard his best friend talking about me but I don’t know what they were saying… He looks at me a lot, and when I look back at him, he doesn’t turn away until a few seconds after I do. but we’ve never actually ever talked to each other so idk if he likes me back. he also shows a few other ‘body language signals’ ig but i’m not sure if he actually likes me or not…

  25. So I have been working with a guy. He approached me and teased me about something. We started talking, texting and joking after that. He showed up where I was and came right over to me. He stares at me, walks by me constantly. Then he reported me for sexual advances after I asked him if he was uncomfortable with anything we talked about. He had said “no” then after reporting me, he walks right up to me and a few other girls and looks me right in the eyes and says, “hi ladies!” Like nothing happened. And I caught him watching me several times. What the hell?

  27. Hi I would appreciate your perspective. So i am a very shy person. I have been working with this guy for years. When I first met him i thought he was unattractive and didn’t think twice to look at him. Plus he came off rude and immature because his mouth has no filter. In the earlier years when I would work with him he would always tease me to the point I dreaded working with him. One day it was so bad one of my coworkers was like what’s wrong with you. He got mad and walked off. But I think it was because I wasn’t responding to his antics. But what made me eventually start to like him is because no matter how much i try to shut down he always trying to get me to talk. Even when I dont talk he’ll sit there with me in silence. He always helping me out when I need it. He sometimes buys me lunch. And I see he seems really sweet. I can’t help these feelings I really like this man. He is so handsome to me. So this April I bought him a birthday card. I found out when his birthday was; by internet. He never told me. When I gave him the card his eyes lit up with such excitement. Then he said ” Is this cause Im so nice to you?” I said yeah. When he opened the card and realized it was a birthday card. He was a little suprised i knew his birthday. Then afterwork he waited in the parking lot till I left from shift. The next day he came upstairs to pull me off the floor to work with him. Then I got to gitty and hid in the room. Now he avoids me. He’ll say hello but he’s not as intense. He’ ll say hi and wont really look at me. He sees me walking down the hall and he’ll dart into the room. I do act awkward then before because i really like this man. But. When i look at him or try to be by him he hides, avoids me, or dont look at me in the face he kinda looks away. I dont know what happened. I was for sure this man liked me. I feel hurt like I threw myself out there for nothing. Do you think he’s playing games??

  28. I have a co-worker who I really like. (Warning: excessive, overwhelming detail ahead!) He’s an extrovert and such a gentleman. I’m pretty convinced he likes me, but every so often I have doubts. There are a few situations that really stand out to me: 1) He asked to help me with something miniscule. Though, I’m not sure how he would have helped. 2) He apologized for another co-worker’s actions towards me and may have possibly gone to our boss about it. (I haven’t seen the other co-worker since and my crush was the only witness.) 3) He told me that he almost punched a customer who said something inappropriate about me.
There are other minor things he’s done: 1) He holds doors open for me. 2) He’s walked me to my car (along with another co-worker) when it’s dark outside. 3) He teases me every so often. 4) We have a few inside jokes. 5) He sometimes comes up to me during a quiet moment in our shift and starts a conversation. 6) He sometimes glances at me from across the room. 7) He stands close and pulls his mask down when he talks to me. #2020-21 8) He passes me things when I need them. (Most other co-workers don’t do this.) 9) He jokes around with me seemingly more often than with other co-workers. 10) He encourages and compliments me (more about my performance/actions at work than looks). 11) He always seems ready to help me out. 12) He’s at least mentioned me to his parents. 13) He’s offered me food that he’s bought before. 14) He sometimes asks me harmless questions out of the blue. 15) He greets me and asks how I’m doing every time he sees me come in to work.
You said go into detail and I may have overachieved the goal. XD I just really want to know if he likes me, but I guess I can’t know for sure until he tells me.
