  1. I’ll stop controlling the way I react. I’ll be real. I’ll smile when I feel like it. I’ll say “Byee!”, not “Goodbye.” to my drums teacher because I’m sick of my anxiety keeping me from doing it!

  2. I will try next time I have a conversation with anyone, to talk about what interests them, or at least ask questions about them. Also, I’ll include their name as I speak, smile, and make eye contact a little more than is usual for me.

  6. I want to not give up finding my tribe or lose heart making a good reliable friend. I’m fed up of meeting people who are toxic or not the right fit for me. My life is going to end soon and I’m still trying to find one good friend to share have fun be there to support each other go to a movie or workout or dinner or anything. This year I’m going to put in huge effort

  10. To hold a conversation a little longer and not cut it short like I usually do to escape any awkwardness. I usually always run away from any interactions with people and try to move on with what I’m doing but I would like to enjoy these moments and not just run away from them. So my goal is to let the conversations run smoothly without trying to run away as quickly as I can.
