  1. I’m gonna talk if there’s something in my mind. I’m going to make that joke, even if it’s bad and cringey… I will try not to care about other people’s reaction. If they like it, cool; if they don’t, I made a bad joke and we can move on. It’s only awkward if I overthink it.

  2. I would love to just be able to have the confidence to be able to talk to people with out having that anxiety feeling in my stomach
    I just know if I could relax the nerve’s I would be fine.

I want to be able to make friendly connections and help them feel safe talking to me.

  13. Really paying attention to the what the other person/people are saying without being so worried about what I’m going to say next. Being willing to pause and think about what I’m saying next.
