  1. I’ll take my time when speaking to people and try not to rush
I’ll also take on the mindset that no one cares how I eat so I’ll be less self conscious

    • I like your goal. Learning just 1 more thing about a coworker will strengthen your relationship. Wishing you luck 🙂

  3. I will be calmer, and more concise with my wording. I will be using fewer parasite words. I will strike up a conversation first. I won’t any longer consider myself bad. I’ll walk in with the “people will like me 100% of the time” mindset.

  4. I will meet one or more new people every day and initiate and deepen the conversation until I can make them aware of who I am and that I think about them in a way that I want to hang out with them for the rest of my life.

  5. I will relax more in conversations and be aware that I have more time than I think I do to be genuinely interested in what people are saying.

  6. Never let the fear of being judged by other ppl, control me.
The most important thing for me is to be myself while I am socializing like I am alone in this world, no one judges me, nothing wrong with me, I am enough and deserve everything good just like other people, I am not less than anyone.
The clue to being comfortable and enjoying socializing is confidence.
To be able to speak your mind freely, listen to others’ opinions, and enjoy the conversations, not keep disappointing yourself with ideas like how this person is smarter, funnier, or more successful than me.

    • That’s a nice goal Dr, l like it. We just need to keep reminding ourselves that we can’t be liked by everyone. The most important thing l think is necessary is to keep improving on ourselves and in the areas we are not very good at

  8. I would like to believe that I actually AM enough, rather than constantly fearing that I’ll be ‘rumbled’ and people will see that I’m not smart. I want to believe that my authentic self is great!

  9. I want to be able to hold eye contact a few seconds longer. And also to smile without feeling awkward. I want to be myself in the presence of others without feeling terrified
