About Catherine Hall

As a social worker and psychotherapist, I’m deeply interested in understanding the inner workings of the human mind, and how our experiences, emotions, and environment affect our behavior and quality of life.

I am a graduate of New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, and earned my master’s degree at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. I spend most of my time working at a small psychotherapy group practice in New York City. When I’m not working as a therapist, I write content for a range of clients and run my own Substack newsletter.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hosting dinner parties, and reading in NYC coffee shops!
